Commercial: BAYSIDE PLAZA Shell & Lease Ready Improvements

Location: Burlingame, California 

Bayside Plaza has been a long term, commercial office building repurposing project. Over the years, as tenants left, each floor was redesigned in an elegant and simple manner, with suites ranging in size from 2,000 s.f. to 15,000 s.f.  To date, more than  80,000 s.f. of the building has been redesigned by PWA producing a unified building standard in tenant suite design. These suites were planned in a generic manner, accommodating a wide range of business types, including attorneys, design professionals and technology-oriented corporations. Shell and public area improvements have also been executed including, lobby, elevator cab, and a structural canopy. The attention given to this building has kept it desirable in the highly competitive real estate market of the San Francisco Peninsula.
