Providing year-round access to the new sport of indoor rock climbing, City Rock is an avant-garde company. More than a gymnasium, City Rock serves the Bay Area, and its corporate community, with instruction in the philosophy and the art of climbing. Their services extend beyond the indoor gymnasium by providing climbing expeditions for groups. The new Santa Clara facility is a 13,000 s.f. Tenant Improvement within an existing 120,000 s.f. warehouse building. The project entailed a new main entry, 40 ft. x 40 ft. Light Monitor, Toilet ⁄ Locker ⁄ Shower facilities, Office, Conference and Sales facilities and a mezzanine for the Weight Room and spectator viewing.
